POLICY INFORMATION
For reservations without Transportation provided by Turu Ba Ri Park:
Cancellation Policy for Individuals or Smalls Groups (less than 12 people)
 

• In case the visitor does not show up, full rate (100%) will be charged.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours in advance are subject to a fine of 50%.
• Cancellations with less than 7 days in advance subject to a fine of 20% due to administrative cost.
• Cancellations with 8 days in advance or more: No charge at All

• Cancellation Policy for Groups (more than 12 people)

• In case the group does not show up, full rate (100%) will be charged.
• Cancellations with less than 7 days in advance are subject to a fine of 50%.
• Cancellations with less than 14 days in advance subject to a fine of 20% due to administrative cost.
• Cancellations with 15 days in advance or more: No charge at All

• For reservations including Transportation provided by Turu Ba Ri Park (One Day Tour & Groups with Transportation)

• Cancellations with less than 30 days in advance subject to a fine of 20% due to administrative cost.
• Cancellations with 31 days in advance or more: No charge at All

• Refund:

• Refunds are valid only in those cases when our cancellation policy applies.
• Refunds are subject to US$25.00 fine per reservation upon deduction of delivery and administrative costs.

• Children and Senior Citizen Policies

• Children fees apply from 3 to 11 years old. 
• For children under 3 years old, entrance is free.
• Senior fees apply from 65 years old.
• Every Senior Citizen t must show a valid and updated identification when arriving to  Turu Ba Ri Park
• Unexpected Events:
• Policies are subject to change without previous notice.
• In case of a sudden impossibility to operate due to Force Majeur, or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or modify all operations and reservations according to our possibilities.
• We do not assume responsibility for those extra expenses incurred due to sudden impossibility to operate.
